Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Chinchilla Wallet mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Creepy Labs (H.K.) Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Chinchilla Wallet. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Chinchilla Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet that allows you to:

• Store, send, and receive digital tokens (D1nks, Chnx, Erne) on the one-chain blockchain
• Participate in daily check-in rewards
• Manage your own private keys locally on your device

Important: Chinchilla Wallet is a self-custody wallet. We do NOT have access to your funds, private keys, or recovery phrases.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Security of Your Wallet

You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your recovery phrase (seed phrase)
• Keeping your device secure (passcode, biometrics, etc.)
• Backing up your wallet data
• Any transactions made from your wallet

WARNING: If you lose your recovery phrase, we CANNOT recover your wallet or funds. There is no "forgot password" option for blockchain wallets.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Distribute malware or phishing attempts

5. Cryptocurrency Risks

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS:

• Volatility: Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate dramatically
• Irreversible Transactions: Blockchain transactions cannot be undone. Always verify recipient addresses
• No FDIC Insurance: Digital tokens are not insured by any government agency
• Regulatory Uncertainty: Crypto regulations vary by country and may change
• Loss of Funds: Sending tokens to the wrong address may result in permanent loss

You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions.

6. No Investment Advice

Chinchilla Wallet is a software tool only. We do NOT provide:

• Financial, investment, or legal advice
• Recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any tokens
• Guarantees of profit or returns

Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

7. Fees and Transactions

Chinchilla Wallet is free to download and use. However:

• Network Fees: Blockchain transactions may incur network fees (gas fees) paid to validators, not to us
• Third-Party Fees: If you purchase crypto from external exchanges, their fees apply

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (logos, designs, code, trademarks) is owned by Creepy Labs (H.K.) Limited or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are NOT liable for loss of funds, data loss, or any damages arising from your use of the App
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for blockchain network failures or delays

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is $0).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creepy Labs (H.K.) Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the App
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Upon termination, these Terms still apply to past use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at hkoffice@chinchillawallet.com to seek informal resolution.

If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Hong Kong under the HKIAC Arbitration Rules.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
